The meeting hosted by the Department of State in Washington last August 11-12, gave Latin American BNC's a unique opportunity to get closer to the people in WHA/PDA, thus encouraging us to strengthen our outreach to the underpriviledged through many different Programs.

  We are more than committed to continue to working on mutual understanding and cultural exchange between the U.S. and Manizales, Colombia. Our Board of Directors, as well as the whole Staff in Manizales are highly motivated to enhance educational advising, cultural exchange programs, and outreach to our communities through the "John F.
